Every birthing parent needs a self-care practice!

Let's lay the foundation for your self-care routine with practical tools & tips...

Did you know that:

  • Mindfulness & self-compassion are among the greatest agents of brain change?

  • Hands-on self-compassion practices can elicit oxytocin and opiates? Yes! These are your body's natural feel good and pain-reducing hormones.

  • You co-regulate your baby's nervous system with the state of your own nervous system? Yes! So, when you down-regulate (calm down) your body, you automatically down-regulate your baby's body!

Yes, that's right! All of the practical tools & tips that you'll learn here will directly soothe your baby too.

  • Learn the science supporting mindfulness and self-compassion

  • Experience in your body, easy hands-on practices to soothe and comfort yourself when you feel down, stressed or overwhelmed

  • Feel inspired to change habits of self-criticism into new habits of being kind & encouraging to yourself when you feel stressed, down and/or overwhelmed
