Pelvic Health Physiotherapist

Angelique Montano-Bresolin

Angelique Montano-Bresolin is a Registered Physiotherapist based out of Toronto, Canada. Her training in pelvic floor dysfunction has included courses to assess and treat urinary incontinence, complex pelvic pain & sexual pain (vulvodynia, vaginismus, endometriosis, IC/PBS), gastro-intestinal disorders, prolapse, pre and postnatal, preparation for labour and delivery, post-surgical, post-menopausal and post-cancer care. She has trained extensively with experts in Canada and in the United States through the Herman and Wallace Pelvic Rehabilitation Institute and the American Physical Therapy Association.

Angelique enjoys teaching doctors, her community and other Registered Physiotherapists about pelvic health care. She further advocates for pelvic health education by guest lecturing for the Ryerson University Midwifery Education Program and the University of Toronto Physical Therapy Program.

Dr. Alexsia Priolo

Dr. Alexsia Priolo is a Naturopathic Doctor in Toronto. She works with people throughout each phase of life – from menstruation and fertility to pregnancy and postpartum. Tapping into a foundation of nutrition, a balanced lifestyle, and the practice of acupuncture, she works with her patients to not only navigate symptoms but uncover root issues and overcome health challenges to live a radiant, vibrant life.

Dr. Alexsia obtained an Honours Bachelor degree in Biology from York University and went on to graduate from the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine. She is licensed through the College of Naturopaths of Ontario, and is a member of the Ontario Association of Naturopathic Doctors, and Canadian Association of Naturopathic Doctors.

Dr. Blessyl Buan is a chiropractor, educator, speaker and dance professional. She empowers her patients to embody stress management and sustainable high performance while advocating for equity and diversity. Florence Bowen

Florence is an Osteopathic Manual Practitioner, kinesiologist, and movement specialist in Toronto. With an eclectic background that includes competitive athletics and dance, yoga and Pilates instruction, and a deep knowledge of human kinetics, she brings a holistic approach to wellness. She specializes in treating and teaching pre- and post-natal women and infants, and is one of Toronto’s leading experts on diastasis-recti (the condition of “over-stretched” abdominal muscles during and after pregnancy).

Occupational Therapist and Mindfulness Practitioner

Jaisa Sulit

Jaisa Sulit is an occupational therapist who started her healing journey after sustaining a spinal cord injury in 2010. Since then she’s become a Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction and Mindful Self-Compassion teacher and a Medical Qigong and Chinese Shamanic Medicine practitioner.

In 2020, Jaisa gave birth to her first child and as a first time mother during a pandemic, she realized the need for more support for the postpartum mother. Consequently, Jaisa completed the Postpartum Healing Lodge training with Raeanne Madison in 2020 and the Innate Traditions Postpartum Care Provider training with Rachelle Garcia Seliga in 2021. Sharing her journey of healing, Jaisa is the author of the Amazon best-seller: “Purpose in Paralysis: From Chronic Pain to Universal Gain.”
